The Midland Firefighters Youth Foundation (MFFYF) is a local non-profit organization was created by the Midland Professional Firefighters Local 1315 in 1987.  It was created with the intention of providing sponsorship opportunities for the youth in the Midland Community.  We offer sponsorship opportunities for local youth groups and teams that emphasize education and athletics.  We have helped out school groups (i.e. the Midland High School Drama Club, Pine River Robotics club), children with medical issues, school athletic teams (Midland H.S. Equestrian team) as well as local sports teams and leagues (Midland Area Youth Football League and the Mid-Michigan Bolts Girls Fast-pitch).  We have also helped provide holiday meals for needy families and have provided winter clothes and boots for local children as well.
